Do you have a shopfront?

No, however from time to time we do attend some local markets in South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Follow us on facebook or Instragram to see when.

When will my items be posted?

Typically we send items within 24 hours of purchase, however we are a small business and occasionally it may take longer. If you need something quickly, let us know and we will do our best to get it to you quickly or let you know the expected timing. Once your items leave us, they are in the hands of the Australia Post gods – mostly it is a quick delivery but every now and then a package may go on a tour of Australia before it gets to you!

Where do your source your products?

The towels are imported from Turkiye and are made by family owned businesses who are very proud of the quality. Other products are sourced from small Australian or New Zealand businesses and mostly made locally.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We love our products and are confident you will too! If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us and we will do everything we can to help. Please note that many of our items are hand made and while we aim to provide a lot of detail in the photos and descriptions, there may be some variability - that is part of what makes some of our items so special.

Faults
All care is taken to check products before we send them to you, but we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. We are happy to replace due to faults when you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide a photo of the fault.

Changed your mind?
We want you to love your purchase but if you don't, we will provide a refund or store credit if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and your item is unused and in original condition. We do not refund any shipping cost and you will be required to pay for return shipping. We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the return process. We recommend using tracked postage. Just email us - hello@pippah.com - with your order number and what you would like to do. We will get back to you within 2 days, most of the time well before that, with next steps.
