We love our products and are confident you will too. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us and we will do everything we can to help. Please note that many of our items are hand made and while we aim to provide a lot of detail in the photos and descriptions, there may be some variability - that is part of what makes some of our items so special.

All care is taken to check products before we send them to you, but we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. We are happy to replace due to faults when you return items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us and provide a photo of the fault before you send the return.

Changed your mind?
Australian Consumer Law states that retailers do not have to offer refunds on change of mind purchases, however we want you to love your purchase. If you don't, we will provide a refund or store credit if you return the item within 14 days of delivery and your item is unused and in original condition. We do not refund any shipping cost and you will be required to pay for return shipping. We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the return process. We recommend using tracked postage. 

Just email us - - with your order number and what you would like to do. We will get back to you within 2 days, most of the time well before that, with next steps.
